Service Agreement Overview

By engaging our services, you're entering into a partnership where we transform your vision into beautiful, memorable celebrations. These terms outline our working relationship and help ensure your special day goes smoothly.

We've been creating stunning wedding decorations in Baku since 2019, and we've learned that clear expectations make for happier clients and better results. Think of these terms as our roadmap together – they protect both of us while we focus on making your celebration absolutely perfect.

Booking and Payment Terms

When you decide to work with us, we require a 40% deposit to secure your wedding date and begin the design process. This isn't just about holding your spot – it allows us to start sourcing materials and coordinating with our trusted vendors in Azerbaijan's wedding industry.

• Initial consultation and design proposal are complimentary for bookings over 5,000 AZN
• Final payment is due 72 hours before your event date
• Additional services requested within 48 hours of the event may incur rush charges
• We accept bank transfers, cash payments, and major credit cards

If weather or unforeseen circumstances require us to modify outdoor setups, we'll work with you to create alternative arrangements that maintain the beauty and impact of your original design vision.

Design Process and Changes

Our design process typically begins 8-12 weeks before your event. We start with understanding your style preferences, color palette, and the atmosphere you want to create. From elegant florals to dramatic lighting installations, every element gets carefully planned.

Design revisions are welcome up to 14 days before your event date. After that point, changes might affect pricing and logistics – imagine trying to source 200 white roses in December when we've already ordered pink ones! We're flexible when possible, but some requests simply can't be accommodated on short notice.

Venue Coordination and Setup

We work with most major wedding venues throughout Baku and have established relationships with many event spaces. Our team typically arrives 4-6 hours before your event to begin setup, depending on the complexity of your decoration package.

• Venue access must be confirmed and coordinated in advance
• Some venues require specific insurance documentation, which we provide
• Teardown occurs the morning after your event unless otherwise arranged
• We handle all coordination with venue staff regarding power, water, and space requirements

Liability and Equipment

While we take every precaution with our equipment and decorative elements, events can be unpredictable. We carry comprehensive liability insurance for our work, but we cannot be responsible for damage to personal items or venue property caused by factors beyond our control.

Our rental items – from elegant candelabras to custom backdrop installations – are carefully maintained and inspected before each event. If something breaks during normal use at your celebration, that's part of doing business. However, we do charge replacement costs for items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned as agreed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes wedding plans change. Our cancellation policy reflects the reality of running a decoration business where we often order custom materials and block out dates exclusively for your event.

• Cancellations 90+ days before event: 75% refund of deposit
• Cancellations 30-89 days before: 50% refund of payments made
• Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund, as materials are typically ordered
• Weather-related postponements can be rescheduled without penalty when possible
